Our client, Mr SJ was exposed to excessive levels of noise, whilst working in the manufacturing industry building kitchen components for a period of over 25 years whilst working for Humber Kitchens Ltd, Hygena Ltd, MFI UK Ltd and Howden Joinery Corporate Services Ltd at their factory in Goole from 1979 to 2013.
Mr J was exposed to excessive levels of noise, whilst working in a variety of roles which included a Coach builder and a relief driver. Mr J was exposed to noise for a period of over 8 years whilst working for a number of companies: RI Davies & Son Limited, Cargill Integra (Wales) Limited and Landmarc Support Services.
Mr Peter Smith was exposed to excessive levels of noise, whilst working for Rosser & Russell Maintenance Limited for a period of over 29 years. He was employed as a Pipe Fitter installing pipework in commercial buildings at various sites around London. He was exposed to the noise from pipe treading machines, thredding machines, chop saws, hand grinders, STS drills, Arc welders etc, for the duration of her shifts/long periods of the day.
Mr H was exposed to excessive levels of noise, whilst working in the car industry for a period of around 30 years. Mr H worked for BMW which was also known as Austin Rover Group during his period of employment. He was employed as a Machinist and exposed to the noise of drills, lathes and grinders, for the duration of his shifts each day.
Mr L was exposed to excessive levels of noise, whilst working in the engineering industry for GEC Diesels Ltd, which was also known as Dorman Diesels and English Electrical Diesels Ltd. He was employed as a Toolmaker and exposed to the noise of lathes, milling machines, cutting machines, grinders, shaping machines and multi spindle drills, for the duration of his shifts.
