Mr Marrows was exposed to excessive levels of noise, whilst working in the chemical and pigments industry for a period of around 24 years. Mr Marrows worked for Huntsman Tioxide, which was also known as BTP Tioxide Ltd, Tioxide Group Ltd and Tioxide Europe Ltd, during his period of employment.
Mr S was exposed to excessive levels of noise, whilst working in the communications suite with Greater Manchester Police. He wore a headset throughout his shift with no noise limiters and was exposed to excessive noise through the use of these headsets.
Mr G was exposed to excessive levels of noise, whilst working in the paper making industry for a period of over 35 years. He worked for East Lancashire Paper Mill at their premises based in Radcliffe and during his time with them was employed in various capacities, exposed to the noise of paper making machines and refiners for the duration of his shifts/long periods of the day.
Mr D was exposed to excessive levels of noise, whilst working in the chemical processing and pigments industry, for a period of over 28 years. Mr D worked for Huntsman Tioxide, which was also known as BTP Tioxide Ltd and Tioxide Group PLC, during his employment.
Mr M has been employed by Rochdale Metropolitan Borough Council, for a period of over 10 years; from 2003 to the present. He started off working through an employment agency and was soon taken on as a permanent member of staff. He has been employed as a refuse and recycling loader, based at the Green Lane site in Heywood, Lancashire.
