WE Solicitors obtained over £2,000.00 compensation for Mr. S of  Oldham Manchester.

Mr. S worked for Shiloh Spinners Limited on 3 separate occasions from 1964 to 1968, for around 4 months in 1969/70 and again from 1994 to 2001. Mr. S worked at the following Mills whilst employed by Shiloh Spinners;

• Elk Mill in Royton, Broadway
• Roy Mill
• Chadderton Mill, Fields New Road, Chadderton

Mr. S was exposed to excessive noise from the Carding machines; exhaust machines, finishing machines, card tenting work and the blowing room. As a result of Mr. S’s exposure to the excessive noise at work he has suffered noise induced hearing loss and tinnitus, this was confirmed when WE Solicitors arranged a medical assessment of his hearing condition.

WE Solicitors were able to negotiate an out of court settlement of over £2,000.00 for Mr. S.  Both Mr. S and WE Solicitors are very pleased with the outcome.
