Mr Hughes wins £4,000 payout after working as a Maintenance Engineer at Goodyear from 1960-1991 caused him to lose some of his hearing.

This was a particularly difficult case as the Insurance Company of Goodyear did not provide documents that were relevant to the case and a court application was made.  This involved our solicitors drafting an application asking the court to order Goodyear to send the relevant documents to us for our review.  Once this application was made we were able to agree terms with the Defendant including negotiating a good settlement for Mr Hughes for his hearing loss.
