Mr. R of Billinghay, Lincoln was a former Engineering Fitter for Siemens (previously known as Ruston & Hornsby Limited, EE Diesels Limited, Ruston Gas Turbines Limited, European Gas Turbine Company Limited and Alstom Power UK Limited) from 1961 to 2000. He is now 65 years old and suffers with hearing loss, which was caused by excessive noise at work.
