Former worker wins £3,500 compensation for noise induced hearing loss case

Noise induced hearing loss sufferer, Debra Thomas, wins settlement of £3,500 through WE Solicitors.

Mrs. Debra Thomas worked for Galbox Limited from 2003 to 2006 at their factory based in Pentrebach, Merthyr Tydfil.

Mrs. Thomas was exposed to excessive noise from the machinery on the production lines and other machinery.

As a result of Mrs. Thomas exposure to the excessive noise at work she has suffered noise induced hearing loss, this was confirmed when WE Solicitors arranged a medical assessment of her hearing condition.

Mrs. Thomas approached WE Solicitors about a noise induced hearing loss claim following an advert that she had seen in the local paper.

WE Solicitors were able to negotiate an out of court settlement of £3,500 for Mrs. Thomas avoiding the need for the service of court proceedings.

Both Mr. Thompson and WE Solicitors are very pleased with the outcome.
